George’s services were fabulous! We set up the sale just as he advised, and things went smoothly. We had 40 calls by Friday night & good bidding on Saturday. But on Sunday the bidding stalled. Then George coached us on his “offer by treaty” technique – and we got the price we needed! Our market is very soft, and our house SOLD! Totally cool.
